International Fleet Review 2016 is a International Military Exercise hosted and conducted by Indian Navy on behalf of the President of India. The official website for Vizag navy IFR16 is ifr16.indiannavy.gov.in. The last International Fleet Review by Indian Navy was conducted in January 2011 at Mumbai. and at present it is conductign at a larger scale from 0402.2016 to 08.02.2016 in Visakhapatnam.
International Fleet Review 2016
The Hon’ble President of India being the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, reviews the Indian Naval Fleet as part of the ‘President’s Fleet Review’ (PFR). This review aims at assuring the country of the Indian Navy’s preparedness, high morale and discipline.
The Indian Navy conducting an International Fleet Review 2016 from 04.02.2016 to 08.02.2016 at Visakhapatnam. The IFR 2016 schedule as follows:
